Child Safety Standards
# Child Safety Standards **Effective Date:** June 29, 2026 **Last Updated:** June 29, 2026 Jeevi is intended only for users aged **18 and over**. Even though Jeevi is not designed for minors, CITYSAGE INNOVATIONS LLP maintains strict standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). ## Zero-Tolerance Standard Jeevi prohibits any content, conduct, event, profile, message, image, audio, or link that involves, promotes, solicits, normalises, or facilitates: - child sexual abuse material or sexualised content involving minors; - grooming, coercion, sextortion, trafficking, or exploitation of minors; - attempts to contact or move a minor to another platform for sexual purposes; - instructions, praise, jokes, coded language, or communities that support CSAE; - sharing, requesting, storing, or distributing CSAM in any form. Accounts that violate these standards may be removed immediately and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required by law. ## Reporting Child Safety Concerns Users can report safety concerns in the app where reporting tools are available on relevant profiles, events, chats, or content. Child safety concerns can also be sent directly to: **admin@citysage.in** Reports should include as much context as possible, such as the username, event, chat, screenshot, time, and description of the concern. Do not forward or resend illegal material unless specifically instructed by a lawful authority. ## Review and Enforcement When we receive a child safety report, we may: - review the reported account, event, chat, or related records; - remove violating content and restrict or terminate accounts; - preserve relevant evidence where legally required; - report suspected CSAM or CSAE activity to regional, national, or other appropriate authorities as required by applicable law; - cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and child safety agencies. ## Prevention Practices Jeevi uses age-gating and requires users to represent that they are adults during onboarding. We also use trust and safety tools such as profile rules, event access controls, reporting, blocking, attendance history, and account review workflows to reduce misuse of the platform. ## Designated Contact The designated point of contact for child safety standards, CSAM prevention, and compliance practices is: **CITYSAGE INNOVATIONS LLP** Email: **admin@citysage.in** We may update these standards as the product, applicable law, or platform safety requirements change.
